Refund policy

 

All Genso items are made to order, meaning each product is created specifically for you after purchase.

For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund when applicable.



Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are sent into production shortly after being placed.

Because of this, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is submitted. Please review your size, color, and shipping details carefully before checkout.

If you notice an issue immediately after ordering, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help before production begins.

REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
